What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All shipping is free of charge on orders over £30, unless stated on the individual product pages. We use a variety of shipping companies including Royal Mail, Hermes and China Post. Shipping times vary depending on the product, so please check the individual product pages for the estimated shipping times. Standard shipping is very secure. In fact, if you think that you may need to dispute the transaction, it is one of the recommended shipping options. The shipping method has tracking. This allows you to keep track of your product after shipping is initiated. The products are shipped in quality packaging. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

How do I place an Order?

All orders are placed via the website. Add your product to the basket and go to the checkout. Promotional codes can be added at the checkout.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal

Do You Ship Internationally?

We only ship to locations within the United Kingdom.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Some orders will have tracking number. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe. You will receive an email with your tracking information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email hello@empurrium.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at hello@empurrium.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

Occasionally one of our products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please contact us with: - Your order number. - A picture of the damaged product. Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or issue a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@empurrium.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
